This site originally designed to raise funds by contributing the T'rumah of "machtzis hashekel" but was abandoned and it became a free site. Not worthy maybe?
Within the text there is a link to one of the books that go into detail of the building, administration, politics, etc. It's the portal whereas before cost $3.00 is now free.
